[09/29/2009] Richard F. Cauley to Speak at “Trying Damages in a Patent Case: The Impact of Some Recent Decisions”

Richard F. Cauley of WHGC is scheduled to speak at a teleconference hosted by Law Seminars International entitled Trying Damages in a Patent Case: The Impact of Some Recent Decisions. The teleconference will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 1:00 pm Eastern and moderated by the National Economic Research Associates, Inc. (NERA).

Mr. Cauley and the other panelists will be discussing DePuy Spine Inc. v. Medtronic and Lucent v. Gateway, which will address the standards of analysis required to determine reasonable royalty and the availability of the entire market value rule.
