Wang, Jeffrey C.P.

In his legal career, Mr. Wang has engaged in dozens of intellectual property and business litigations that were filed both before federal and state courts in various states of the United States, as well as before the US International Trade Commission and other governmental agencies. Mr. Wang has successfully represented clients in jury trials and court trials, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. The legal actions include sizable and high publicity business and patent infringement cases. For example, Mr. Wang successfully defended Linksys Corporation against Northrop Grumman Corporation in a patent infringement litigation with a non-infringement ruling. Also, Mr. Wang successfully defended Linksys Corporation before USITC in a large wireless standard infringement investigation.

Mr. Wang has been a facilitator of foreign investment coming to the United States. He has helped to bring to America international banks, public technology companies, and European media firms. Mr. Wang has also served as General Counsel to several US-based corporations.
