Suchen (Luke) Luo is an Associate Attorney at WHGC whose practice focuses on litigation and cross-border legal matters. Educated in both the United States and China, Mr. Luo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from the California Institute of Advanced Management. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Xihua University, graduating in the top ten percent of his class and receiving multiple academic honors.
Mr. Luo is licensed to practice law in California and holds the China Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. Fluent in Mandarin and English, he brings a global perspective to matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
