Victoria L. White Joins WHGC Family November 12, 2010

Newport Beach, CA – It’s with great pleasure to announce the newest addition to the WHGC family, Victoria L. White. She is one of our top senior associates with more than 20 years of comprehensive intellectual property and general corporate business litigation and transactional experience. Ms. White will bring her expertise involving commercial matters, financing and partnership agreements, securities, investor fraud, real estate, labor and employment, technology licensing and insurance coverage.

Ms. White served as Corporate Counsel for Sony Pictures Entertainment and maintained responsibility for supporting a major studio on all aspects of production, financing and distribution agreements. She was also involved in the active enforcement of Sony’s intellectual property rights including patent, copyright and trademark matters.

Ms. White has represented LG Electronics in the active enforcement and protection of its intellectual property such as patent rights in the areas of smartphones and MP-3 players. She has also negotiated global settlements to resolve disputes relating to profits, royalties, residuals and other compensation for technology, media and digital rights holders, financiers and distributors.
